Originated and inspired by a Korean style of customized design cakes with buttercream art, we strive to provide you with the best quality and best flavoured cakes you’ve ever seen in Toronto!
ONE POUND is a personal business that was inspired by my vision to provide uniquely customized personal cakes for each customer with detailed consultations to make your dream cake come to life! I am an graduate of George Brown Baking and pastry arts, and worked in this industry for many years working in cake design shops which included customized wedding cakes. I prefer to bake pleasantly sweet which simply means it is not too over the top sweet. In addition to my education and experience, I have integrated an authentic Korean style of bakery knowledge with the use of butter cream art designs. We use simple, but fresh ingredients for each cake because our goal is to satisfy our customers and be a part of your special day!
As a personal Instagram business, over the past few years, ONE POUND continues to grow with the support of our customers from all over Toronto. Moving forward, we would like to share that we will be participating in donations around the globe to help and support wherever needed! This is something that we will be committed to continue doing and be transparent about!
