All ingredients and equipment, aprons, including transport boxes for your cake course are provided. 

This class has a lovely private feel with a maximum of 2 people and you will learn how to create a perfect 'Strawberry Shortcake'. We will guide you throughout the class starting from baking sponge cake, whipping cream, and decorating a beautiful cake for your special one!

You will learn,

• How to bake a very light vanilla sponge 
• Frost with whipped cream stacked with sliced strawberries
• Pipe rosettes and decorate with fresh strawberries
